What is the Navjyothtex.in return policy?

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original packing & tags/labels attached.

  • Gift cards, clearance sale (Discount sale) and seconds items are not eligible for a return only  exchange available.
  • Any complaint with regards to damage or any qwantity issue or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

  • Refunds in case of damaged/wrong products are made as follows:

    1. If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a cheque. 
    2. If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.

    Note : All shipping/transporting  charges  are to be borne by the customer entirely.or deduct from refund amount.

  • Refunds in case of dissatisfaction from the product are made as follows:

    When a refund is to be made due to dissatisfaction at the customer’s end, then the amount is refunded in the form of store credits.

    In case of any complaints, email Navjyoth  at  support@navjyothtex.in, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Before returning any product,please fill return request form at  RETURN AUTHORISATION FORM  within 7 days of receipt of such product. Our team will get in touch with you at the earliest.  Please note that “Navjyoth” shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
  • After validating your return request over phone or via email, we will send you an email authorizing a return. The mail will have an attachment containing the return shipping address label. You may simply print, fill with accurate information, paste the shipping address label on the package and bale it back to us. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 7 days (in case of Domestic Clients)) of our sending the authorizing email.
  • In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Navjyoth does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

 

How do I return an item to Navjyothtex.in?

  1. It is easy to return products purchased from www.Navjyothtex.in  Just fill the returns form in the link given here, 
    RETURN AUTHORISATION FORM     before sending any returns.
  2. After fill the form our team validating your return request over phone or via email, we will send you an email authorizing a return.
  3. there after you can return goods or must send releted document like LR/Billty via post and information via email.

 

REFUNDS PROCEDURE

  • Navjyoth at its sole discretion reserves the right to decide the form of refund i.e. credit note or an offer of exchange that would be provided to the Customer.
  • Upon Navjyoth being satisfied at its sole discretion that the product was not damaged or less in qwantity  by any actions on the part of the Customer and after inspecting the product for signs of use, Navjyoth  shall either issue credit note within 30 day or exchange/replace the product.

 

REFUND ON RETURNS

We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods. At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

Shipping/transportation cost would be deducted for refund.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Customer might not be able to cancel any order placed on the Website,once it has been processed or approved by Navjyoth. In the event, Customer intends to cancel any purchase order placed on the Website at any time before the order has been approved, he/she must immediately email Kankatala with Order Number in the subject line < CANCEL  – >at support@navjyothtex.in  to place a cancellation request. If the item has been approved, cancellation request will not be processed.

Navjyoth tries its best to dispatched the exact color of the product but some time we not dispatched exat color as per your order due to various reasons.for this no return will be accept for color variation.

While placing an order the Customer is advised to keep in mind about some variations in color that can occur due to various reasons. Navjyoth tries its best to reproduce the exact color of the product on your screen, as seen on the monitor of the Customer. Variation may also be felt because of different resolutions, monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers used. Garments also have a tendency to reflect different shades of color under different lights. A 30% variation in shade is considered as normal.
